Combined with our many years of experience and our commitment to applying new technologies and methods at an early stage,we work with a resource-saving, integrated approach. The goal: to link the areas of planning, sustainability, BIM and Lean in a way that adds value for our clients.

The foundation of our work is cooperation in partnership. We coordinate specialist planning for the individual trades with external planners or our sister company pde Integrale Planung and optimise existing building plans. Our services are tailored to the needs and requirements of our customers.

We fulfil our responsibility towards the environment to the very best of our ability. To achieve this, we focus on sustainable buildings that meet all economic, ecological and social requirements throughout their entire life cycle. We advise our employers on all relevant building certifications, optimise measures, and prioritise resource conservation and a low carbon footprint — from planning to construction. 

Building Information Modelling is a holistic, digital process for creating and managing information for a construction project. Based on a model, BIM integrates structured data to create a digital representation of an object throughout its life cycle. This allows all stakeholders to work together on an integrated data model. For smooth project coordination, we use BIM within planning as well as in construction and for subsequent operation by the operator.

Agile and streamlined construction projects require careful planning and optimised processes in line with Lean principles.  This streamlines all processes from planning to execution, increases added value and facilitates transparent communications across all project levels. Work steps are clearly defined and analysed in advance – this helps us to design projects in a way that optimises the use of time and resources.
