Against this backdrop, it is more important than ever for companies to increase their attractiveness as an employer and to focus on employee satisfaction and precise recruiting. The study "Germany's Most Desired Employers 2022" proceeded methodically in two steps: Firstly, social listening examined employer performance as well as performance in the areas of profitability, products & services, family friendliness, sustainability and management. At the same time, a structured questionnaire was sent to the companies, covering the seven topics of job security, working hours, salary structure, development & training opportunities, communication, family friendliness and additional benefits. In the "Construction Companies" category, PORR was convincing as the most sought-after employer in 2022: it took first place among the award-winning companies.
