In the course of realising the slab track, construction machinery with diesel drive was replaced by equipment with electric power, thus reducing the impact on the environment. Over 9 km of dead-end tracks were laid seamlessly alongside the structural and electrical work, both with and without pre-assembled long rails - the system's first and revolutionary approach.
Through technical adaptability and innovative logistics solutions, we have already completed 90% of the track construction work, prioritising safety in all areas of our work.
Scheduled for completion in 2024, the project will represent a significant milestone in terms of innovation in construction.
