In order to identify the employers of the future, the DIND examines companies for their innovative strength, the status of digital transformation, employee friendliness, modern leadership and recruiting strategies. In this way, different criteria for digitalisation and sustainability flow into a holistic picture, which is created using an evaluation matrix developed together with experts from business and science.
The awards for the Employers of the Future 2023 were presented this year on 14 March in Hamburg in the presence of Brigitte Zypries. Björn Motzkus, Technical Regional Manager Building Construction Region North, was delighted to accept the award on behalf of PORR. "We are very pleased about the award. It makes our future viability as an employer visible. At PORR, we have taken up the cause of a modern corporate culture, digital transformation and sustainability in terms of ESG criteria. We are continuously working on bringing these goals to life," says Björn Motzkus.
