The district of Lichtenberg is inviting and, with its old industrial constructions, the River Spree and the zoo, is a popular residential district in the capital for many. Directly at the intersection of Landsberger Allee and Arendsweg, PORR is now building new living space for young and old for QUARTERBACK.
A total of 173 residential units with a living space of approx. 13,220 m2 and a day care centre with approx. 167 m2 of usable space are being built. 87 flats will be barrier-free. Developments will also be barrier-free via the building entrances with easily accessible lifts, which will access all floors including the basement. In addition, there is an underground garage with tenant cellars, bicycle parking and 69 car parking spaces.
The already proven partnership and trusting cooperation between PORR and QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG was a decisive foundation work for winning the new contract. PORR has already demonstrated its expertise and the "Everything from a single source" service promise in several projects for the real estate and energy developer.
The shell is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2024. The complete handover to the client is scheduled for summer 2025.
