By the beginning of 2024, 144 condominiums and 107 holiday flats are to be realised in the BALTIQUE project. The room size varies between one and five rooms. Penthouse flats, spacious homes for families or flats for singles - BALTIQUE offers living space for a wide variety of purposes.
With the laying of the foundation stone on 4 July 2022, the official starting signal for the building construction work has been given. The construction in the middle of one of Travemünde's main tourist attractions directly on the water poses a special challenge for the construction site logistics.
