The study was carried out by the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research with scientific support from the HWWI. The data-driven procedure of the study was divided into two steps: Nationwide, companies from different economic sectors were first recorded with the help of social listening, in which statements on the topic of "employers" were analysed. For the study, around 560,000 mentions of approximately 20,000 companies were identified and allocated for the study period from 01 December 2021 to 15 December 2022. Parallel to the social listening, a structured online questionnaire was sent to the 20,000 largest German companies and evaluated after completion.
In the "Construction Companies" category, PORR is once again one of the companies awarded the title of "Germany's Best Training Companies".
