Confidence in the security of an all-round carefree package
The contract for PORR comprises the construction and partial completion of 21 three- to five-storey apartment blocks with a total of 213 flats, 48 of which are publicly subsidised. The 212 parking spaces will be built in 10 underground car parks in order to create as much space as possible for natural green spaces with trees and shrubs in the quarter. The high-quality two- to five-bedroom flats with a total living space of 17,644m² are barrier-free and will have either a balcony or terrace. The flat roofs will be greened in accordance with the requirements of the development plan.
