The prizes for the Employers of the Future 2023 were presented to the winners by the former Minister of Economics and patron of the initiative Brigitte Zypries. The DIND conducted extensive analyses for the award. The focus here was on the topics of innovation, digitalisation and sustainability of the companies. On this basis, the future viability was assessed.
In addition to the award ceremony, the participants received exclusive insights and best practice experiences on the topics of recruiting, leadership, digitalisation and sustainability in personal exchanges with entrepreneurs such as Martin Kind (Kind Group), Prof. Dr. Michael Otto (Otto Group) and Hand-Joachim Watzke (Borussia Dortmund).

At the PORR site in Düsseldorf, a modern corporate culture, the digital transformation and sustainability in terms of the ESG criteria are lived out in all areas of performance. Furthermore, with projects such as "SuedLink Elbquerung ElbX", in which tunnelling as well as structural engineering and special civil engineering are playing a leading role, the site is demonstrating a pioneering spirit and its future viability as an employer.
