With its central branch in Hamburg and the recently opened location in Hanover, PORR is solidly positioned in northern Germany. The opening of a new location in Oldenburg now consistently and sustainably expands the existing commitment in the Northwest metropolitan region. The region is familiar territory for PORR: since 2021, the building construction team in Oldenburg has been working hand in hand with subsidiary Stump-Franki Spezialtiefbau to realise the Abraham Quartier. In Bremen, the team is also responsible for the construction of the Hanseatic city's first NH-certified daycare centre.
The Northwest Metropolitan Region stretches from the North Sea and Emsland to Bremen. A region that offers quality of life with a strong economy, outstanding university and research diversity and unique natural and cultural landscapes. PORR Hochbau Region Nord has been helping to shape the metropolitan region for some time now: as a full-service provider that realises demanding, individual customer wishes from planning to completion "economically & safely".
Matthias Burwinkel is in charge of the new location. With a lot of project and site management experience under his belt, he has been very familiar with the Northwest Metropolitan Region for years: "Our team has already been working on site for some time for the Abraham Quartier project in Oldenburg and the new construction of a day care centre in Bremen.
