From office city to lively residential neighbourhood: this is the motto under which the Lyoner Quartier is being developed in the south of Frankfurt. Attractive living space for all generations and stages of life has been under construction here for several years. From May 2020 to June 2023, Oevermann Hochbau's Frankfurt branch realised the turnkey construction of the "Lyoner Gärten" residential project in the Niederrad district. While the car park and 16 flats in the first construction phase were handed over to the client, GWH Bauprojekte GmbH, on schedule in 2021, the construction of six apartment buildings with 142 residential units was completed in large steps in the second construction phase.
Well-timed parallel work
Due to the pandemic, geopolitical and weather-related influences, the original schedule could no longer be realised. In close coordination with the client and the affected subcontractors, the construction schedule therefore had to be rescheduled from mid-2022 for the outstanding work. Since then, the construction site team has meticulously synchronised the detailed scheduling and the tradesmen's work week by week. Always in view: Customer satisfaction, quality, costs and the target completion date. Acceptance of the second construction phase took place in June 2023.
