The Düsseldorf branch is currently training two industrial clerks, six foundation engineers and one foundation engineer. "It's just great and also very important to lead young people into working life," explains Harald Friedrich, Commercial Regional Manager West. In addition to his work as commercial regional manager, he has also been acting as a trainer for the commercial apprentices since 2014 and as an examiner for the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce since April 2005. He and his colleagues are pleased about the confirmation of their work and thank the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Düsseldorf for the excellent cooperation over the past years.
Phillip Baum, top exam candidate in 2022, was taken on as a construction clerk and has been working at the Berlin branch since April 2022. "It was a great training in a strong team. In Berlin, I now have new tasks and more responsibility. Thanks to my apprenticeship, however, I was prepared and well networked from the start, which made my start much easier."
