The shortage of skilled workers is omnipresent. The construction industry is also feeling this. It is therefore all the more important to inform young people about apprenticeships in an authentic way and to make the work on the construction site tangible. The new training video by Stump-Franki pays tribute to this motto.
Alex is in his 1st year of apprenticeship as a special civil engineering. He wants to get stuck in, earn money and feel comfortable in his team. His training at Stump-Franki, a subsidiary company of PORR, makes all of this possible for him. In the new training video, he takes viewers with him for a day on his construction site in Wuppertal. He makes the training as a specialist civil engineering tangible for outsiders, explains what is important for a training and tells about his everyday life and his highlights so far.
