All trainees and dual students experience so-called Welcome Days at their location. These are introductory days on which joint activities are organised inside and outside the company to help them get to know each other and make it easier for them to settle in at PORR. To date, these Welcome Days have not been organised company-wide, but individually by each location.
Our latest project is the "Junior Staff Sharepoint". As part of this initiative, our youngest PORRians have the opportunity to network across Germany via a digital platform, regardless of which year of training or study they are in. Whether it's an exchange about exams, sharing information and knowledge or recommendations for the best locations in their own city - the platform enables an active exchange on all topics that concern young PORRians at the start of their careers.
