The three buildings, also known as blocks, extend from the 2nd basement floor up to the 7th floor and will later be connected to an underground car park for 151 parking spaces. The shell of blocks 1 and 2 has already been completed and work on the third block is in its final stages. The buildings will later offer 1-room to 5-room flats with living spaces of approx. 40 to 130 m². This means that singles, couples and young families will be able to find their new centre of life in the Literatur Quartier.
Due to the subsequent expansion in LEAN trains, adherence to deadlines plays a central role for the client. The experienced building construction team knows how important it is to plan and coordinate the construction processes precisely and with foresight in order to guarantee a timely handover. "We will complete the shell on schedule and the interior work can start on time," says site manager Moritz Dovern.
