Two neighbouring projects in a prime Munich location, one goal: the M01/M05 residential complex offers the very best in exclusive architecture and amenities. The semi-circular balconies and striking steel railings of the facades blend harmoniously into their historic surroundings. Private gardens and terraces to the rear of the building provide not only blissful peace and quiet, but also an unobstructed view of the old trees.

A stylish facade harmonises perfectly with the historic surroundings
High-quality materials define the striking design concept of the building envelopes – developed by the Munich-based office mw konzept – right down to the smallest detail. Bronze-coloured steel and aluminium elements, whose dark tone contrasts elegantly with the light-grey, finely grained plaster, help establish a unique identity for the building. The front-facing facades are structured by sinuous bands of curved balconies and balconets. This dynamic is echoed in the balusters, which twist around their own axis and, together with the striking windows and doors, create a unifying element spanning the entire building. All outdoor areas are covered with weather-resistant, thermo-treated ash planks, and this exclusive blend of materials continues indoors with oak parquet flooring, Jurassic marble and chrome-plated fittings.
