The ranking was preceded by extensive social media monitoring. Over a period of two years, more than 100 million internet sources were evaluated. The text passages found were then classified for each of the approximately 13,600 companies included in the categories of quality, product & service, customer satisfaction, recommendation, ecological sustainability, as well as innovation, and evaluated as positive, negative or neutral. With the best results from social media monitoring and an accompanying online survey, PORR set the benchmark for the construction industry.
A positive perception of quality in all its forms is essential for customer satisfaction and thus also for healthy corporate growth despite challenging times. In order to ensure high standards, all work steps at PORR are documented in process flows and work instructions. Quality assurance is carried out during construction and as part of the acceptance of the trade using internal quality assurance procedures.
