The ranking is based on a detailed analysis of millions of sources on over 13,000 companies. It comprises four central studies from 2024: ‘Germany's best training companies’, ‘Top career opportunities’, ‘Germany's best jobs with a future’ and ‘Work-life balance in companies’. The criteria for the evaluation included corporate culture, working atmosphere, career opportunities and family friendliness.
