In February, the PORR building construction branch in Hamburg and the second ANIMA-Oldenburg project company both signed a general contractor agreement for the construction of a residential and commercial building. The new building will house 121 micro-apartments and three commercial units.

In Colbitz, not far from Magdeburg, PORR subsidiary Stump-Franki Spezialtiefbau GmbH has its production facility for grouted anchors and micropiles, along with a central compound where the Stump-Franki machinery is maintained.
