PORR GmbH & Co. KGaA has a regionally organised project purchasing department, the so-called local buying. With a focus on the respective projects and in coordination with the central lead buyer system in Munich, the local buyers organise the purchase of subcontractor services. In addition to the purchasing for projects, also long-term business partnership models are very important for local buyers.
